It was a self-contained unit with cooking facilities
This cottage was cold and too basic. Also lighting was very poor. The owner Marge was very friendly but we were very glad we only booked in for one night. This was far too basic for us

The cottage was very homely. Open fire place and total comfort. The owners will, I expect become friends for life. Nothing was too much trouble. they always so friendly when we met. Like a joy to see us and I believe it was. It certainly was a joy to see them. I can't speak more highly about the enjoyable week and the welcome we were given. Recommend the cottages to anyone.
Nothing.

Superfriendly keeper, lovely cottage with a full equipped kitchen, fireplace, a wonderful bedroom. It was SO cosy, felt just like home!
The shower was a little too weak, but that's definitely sth I can take!

These cabins are located in a very quiet location with loads of friendly animals around. The fire place is great and adds atmosphere to the cabin. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

There was a smell in the cabin when we arrived. I bought a air freshner to get rid of smell.

The owner was superb...friendly and helpful. It is suitable for those who love nature as there are trees around the cottage...not sure if there is any animals as we do not have time to explore:-)

This is where you go to unwind. You open the door and set up house! The location is private yet not secluded. While dinner is cooking, enjoy your cheese and crackers with a beer out the front with the sounds of nature. As evening turns to night take the time to relax. A bit of TV and just gazing into the open fire. Retire to the most comfy of cottage beds and sleep in snug bliss till the morning spreads itself over the peninsula. The freshness of this place brings out the inner childish adventures of camping out but its dotted with the comforts of adult convenience. Thanks heaps, Marje and Colin.
We should have based a few days here instead of just one night. See you next time!

The bed was the best of all our 14 nights accommodation
Needs a little bit more attention - e.g. the shower head sprayed water on the shower wall (not over your body) because of a missing wing nut. Thank heavens we weren't there in the winter
